Is This Course for You?
This course is open to everyone, regardless of massage experience, and is especially suited for yoga and movement professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of touch. Whether you’re looking to assist students more effectively or simply build confidence in the art of touch, this course provides hands-on training in how and where to connect through touch. You’ll learn to tune into the sensitivity of your hands, cultivating a heightened awareness of how to feel, listen, and facilitate healing.
Your journey will begin by refining your own senses and discovering a sacred touch unique to you. Guided practices will help you connect with your body’s sensations, rhythms, and subtleties, laying the groundwork for the therapeutic relationship. As you cultivate presence, compassion, and intuition, these qualities will naturally shape the way you approach touch and healing with clients.
This week-long immersion is also an invitation to reconnect with your inner self. Many of us lack time and space to explore our deeper feelings, so throughout the course, we’ll engage in practices—seated, walking, and even dancing meditations—that encourage inner listening and body awareness. By fostering presence, kindness, compassion, and balance, you’ll develop a transformative practice that enhances your therapeutic skills and enriches your personal journey.
